Welcome to Wolfpak Guide Outfitter. We are committed to providing you the very best in guided hunting activities on Admiralty Island, Southeast Alaska. We offer guided Brown Bear hunts and guided Sitka Black Tail deer hunts. All clients for the hunts are guided by an Alaskan Registered Big Game Guide or qualified Alaskan Assistant Guide.

Brown Bear Hunts will be held in Unit 4, in the spring and fall, while Sitka Black Tail Deer hunts will be held in Unit 4, in the fall and winter, on Admiralty Island. You will be adding adventure to your hunting trip by flying to Unit 4 on Admiralty Island, from Juneau, in a float plane. On your plane trip you will be able to look for wildlife on the beach and depending on the time of year, possibly see pods of Humpback Whales, spouting in the water below you.


BROWN BEAR HUNTS

You will fly by float plane, from Juneau Alaska, to Cannery Cove, to meet your Alaskan Registered Big Game Guide on Admiralty Island. Wolfpak Guide Outfitter provides 11 nights of Lodging and Meals, for Guided Brown Bear Hunts. Wolfpak Guide Outfitter provides a maximum 10 day hunt. When an animal is harvested, the hunt is over. Accommodations will be in our beautiful, 5,000 square foot lodge, which is built on a hill, surrounded by mountains. From our lodge you will have a view of Cannery Cove, to the waters of Fredrick Sound, and on a clear day you can see the snow covered mountains of Canada.


Cost for Guided Brown Bear Hunt: $18,500.00 per client
Observer or Non Hunter: $2,000.00
Brown Bear hunt will be paid by Cashiers Check
Deposit of $9,250.00 Non-refundable, at booking date
Remainder cost of hunt is due by January 1st of the following year from the date the hunt is booked.

Dates for Brown Bear hunting:
1st trip: April 28th - May 9th
2nd trip: May 10th - May 21st
3rd trip: September 14th - September 25th
4th trip: September 25th - October 6th


SITKA BLACK TAIL DEER HUNTS

You will fly by float plane, from Juneau Alaska, to Cannery Cove, Admiralty Island. Wolfpak Guide Outfitter provides 6 nights of Lodging and Meals, for Guided Sitka Black Tail Deer Hunts. Accommodations will be in our beautiful, 5,000 square foot Lodge, which is built on a hill, surrounded by mountains. From our Lodge you will have a view of Cannery Cove, to the waters of Fredrick sound, and on a clear day you can see the snow covered mountains of Canada.

Cost for Guided Sitka Black Tail Deer Hunt: $3,000.00 per client
Sitka Black Tail Deer hunt will be paid by Cashiers Check
Deposit of $1,500.00 Non-refundable, at booking date
Remainder cost of hunt is due by January 1 of the following year from the date the hunt is booked.

Dates for Sitka Black Tail Deer Hunting:
Hunting season opens on August 1, and closes on December 31.

 

Migratory Bird Hunting

Migratory Bird Hunting is available in Cannery Cove. Bird hunting season is open from September 1st - December 16th. If you are interested in bird hunting please call or email us. Click here for Alaska Waterfowl Regulations.


Client Responsibilities

Flight from your home to Juneau Alaska

Flight from Juneau Alaska to Admiralty Island
Flight from Admiralty Island back to Juneau Alaska

Client must obtain all Licenses and Tags prior to flight from Juneau to Admiralty Island. Licenses can be obtained online and mailed to you or contact Alaska Department of Fish and Game, Division of Wildlife Conservation in Douglas, Alaska. 907-465-4265


All hunts are done on State and United States Forest Service permitted land. Hunters must abide by all Alaska Hunting Rules & Regulations or face early closure of the contracted hunt with no refund. Transportation and tagging of Brown Bear hides or transportation of deer hides and venison, will be the responsibility of the client upon returning to Juneau.



These tours are operated under special use permit with the U.S. Forest Service in the Tongass National Forest. This company is an equal opportunity provider.
